Before anything is designed we find out how the business actually runs and where it loses time. That comes first because a system built on a guess costs more to unpick than to build.

Sabot is our own platform, not a case study. Education centres run their day on it: who came, who paid, who is owed a refund, which group is short a teacher on Thursday.

- Marked in the room in seconds; the month totals itself.
- Payments
- Payme and Click, matched to what each student owes. No second spreadsheet.

- Each centre gets its own address and its own data. Nothing is shared.
Enter a phone number and a centre name. The system builds your copy while you wait — about half a minute — then hands you the keys. No card.

We are a small team, so we take work we can finish. That means fewer projects and a straight answer about what a thing will cost before it starts.
If a tool you already pay for can do the job, we will say so. We would rather build the part that is missing than replace what already works.
